Right when we entered through the Mondrian’s signature mahogany doors, we knew we were in for a treat. The expansive lobby is filled with custom-designed furniture that reminds you that you are in a luxury boutique hotel. I absolutely loved the mushroom-inspired concierge desk + the lucite indoor swing! Talk about some Hollywood magic. We had such a memorable experience, and I am thrilled to share my top 3 reasons to stay at the Mondrian.

Located on the iconic Sunset strip, the Mondrian puts you steps away from all of the good stuff. The Comedy Store, iconic Mels Drive-In and endless restaurants + shopping are within walking distance. It is also a wonderfully central location to all of Los Angeles if you plan to be sight seeing!

If you’re looking for a hotel that has everything you need onsite, you have come to the right place. With a heated pool, 24-hour fitness center and a constant stream of semi-famous people hanging out at Skybar, you will never be bored.
Our room was located on the 10th floor, and we had such a stunning view of downtown LA from our full wall of windows. The bathrooms were dripping in marble + textured wall paper and I was definitely taking some home design notes from this space. When we convinced ourselves to leave the plush + cozy bed, we loved spending time lounging by the pool while soaking in the incredible view of Los Angeles.
GORMET DINNER + DRINKS
With delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options served at their onsite restaurant Ivory on Sunset, you can’t go wrong with the Mondrian's dining experience. I can actually sum up our experience in 2 words: LOBSTER OMELET. As soon as I saw this on the menu, I knew I had to have it. With cream cheese cooked into it, it is such a cheat meal but totally worth it.
