Reason #1: Close to Shopping + Restaurants.
We absolutely loved staying at the Los Arboles for many reasons, but were so grateful that it is centrally located to tons of restaurants + shopping. My girl squad and I were out in PalmSprings for Coachella + Revolve Festival, and we were moments away from all the events. We enjoyed the walkability.
Reason #2: Spanish Architecture
I am a huge fan of beautiful Architecture, and Los Arboles thrived in this department. It felt like we woke up in Mexico everyday! From the cactus garden to the smell of Mexican food in the air (from their onsite restaurant EL Mirasol, which ill rave about later), we definitely felt like we were living our best lives off the gulf coast.
Reason #3: Pool
Palm Springs is know for its triple digit temperatures, so being able to take a dip in the pool was so refreshing. It was literally right outside our front door. The pool had an amazing view of the surrounding mountains making it such a dreamy setting.
Reason #4: El Mirasol
Two words: Guacamole Salad. I could have eaten a million of these! What I loved most about El Mirasol, the on site restaurant, was how they grilled tortillas right in front of us. All of the dishes on the menu are authentic and made fresh. (you don't have to be staying here to eat here, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area). ps. their margaritas are to die for!
Reason #5: Los Arboles Bicycles
This hotel provides bikes for the guests to ride around town, which I thought was adorable. They even have a little "Los Arboles" license plate on the back! They made getting around Palm Springs so convenient, and really made us feel like we were on vacation.
